Calmora Properties provides various property management services, including but not limited to:

• Residential Property Management: Full-service management, tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, and emergency services.

• Commercial Property Management: Lease management, property maintenance, tenant relations, and more.

• Airbnb Management Services: Various packages including cleaning, booking management, guest communications, maintenance, and more.

• Industrial Cleaning Services: Commercial building cleaning, cleaner employment and more.

• Additional Property Services: Yard work, power washing, cleaning, and general maintenance for both residential and non-residential properties.

Specific terms and conditions may apply to each service, which will be provided upon inquiry or at the time of the service agreement.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• All fees and charges for services will be outlined in a separate service agreement provided to you before the commencement of services.

• Payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges as outlined in the service agreement.

• Refunds for any services rendered are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
